Sencha

This is the freshest most rich of all the green teas. Brews a nice green tea. A delightful tea hand picked in the Japanese mountains during the first season’s flush. Contains anti-oxidant and poly phenols as well as caffeine.

Brewing: 1 tbsp into 12 oz water (180F); Steep for 1-5 minutes.
